Hi,

I don't know what proper etiquette is here; do I open a PR? Do I open an issue first and then a PR? Do I open an issue with no PR?

Anyway. I've noticed that some of my projects are getting two versions of hashbrown, and I figured this wasn't a terribly difficult fix. I'm not really that well-versed in procedure here -- is it a breaking change to bump a dependency? Should I also bump rustc-hash, which has no breaking changes from 1.0.1 to 2.1.1? Please advice.

Feel free to reject this PR if it's not suitable, of course.
