compile dataset script: explicitly call it

I don't have the will to debug this: ``` $ podman run quay.io/log-detective/website:latest compile_extraction_dataset.py /bin/env: 'python': No such file or directory $ podman run quay.io/log-detective/website:latest python3 compile_extraction_dataset.py python3: can't open file '/src/backend/compile_extraction_dataset.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory ``` hence calling the script explicitly, like in stone age Signed-off-by: Tomas Tomecek <[email protected]>
