This PR adds the api.portfolio-report.net source, which provides access to multi-currency historical data without requiring an API key.

The API can be explored using the website https://www.portfolio-report.net/search

An example commodity definition looks like this:

1900-01-01 commodity IE00BK5BQT80
  name: "FTSE All-World USD (Acc)"
  price: "EUR:portfolioreport/15492346074843f482fc8d4154a7cf17:EUR"
