The default sdk_9_0 now needs to be replaced by the -bin version so users get the latest feature band.

The default sdk_9_0 now needs to be replaced by the -bin version so users get the latest feature band.

That was done for sdk 8 because we had already rolled out newer versions. For 9 we could keep dotnet-sdk_9 etc pointing to the source-built version and let people use 9_0_2xx or 9_0-bin if they prefer.

The standard in nixpkgs is for unsuffixed packages to point to the latest version, and since 9_0 has no minor version, I'd expect it to point to the latest version band.
