Internationalized domain names support

Hi! I'm getting an error when running minecraft.

I can reproduce this issue with internationalized domain names, ламиятник.рф/кубы for example. On the same server but latin-only URL, everything works fine.

URL gets decoded back by my launcher, fjord. And I think that's a proper behavior to make it human-readable.

upd: setup a certificate

At the time of your reply, the certificate had already been configured, but for a different, romanized domain, as part of testing. So I can confirm that this is IDN-related issue.
