I was not able to intall the plug in and some links are down.

Hello, I would first want to point out that the links to your webpage were you are supposed to download the zips form are broken.
But that's not a big worry for me, as you can still download them from the vim.org website. What I do find more troubling is that i was not able to properly install the plugin, after downloading and extracting the two plugins, I tried to execute the "helptags ~/.vim/doc" there was an error telling me that there was no such directory, after manually creating it i run into this error "E151: No match: /home/anonymous/.vim/doc/**"
any help would be very appreciated.
