Regarding properties file

Hey, so there is no gradle.properties file here and creating it doesnt seem to be considered while running. Is there something I need to adjust to make it being used ? Couldnt find anything.
(need it for proxy reasons)

I solved it by downloading the gradle zip file manually, (the properties file will be considered after all )
