Default cursor placement to the Title/Filename box instead of query buffer

It's a little painful to have to click into the title box to give your new queries a name.

Ideas I had to make this a tiny bit easier:

• default the cursor placement inside of the title box. the user can simply hit tab if he/she doesn't want to give the query a title
• keep default cursor placement the same way it is today inside the main query buffer but allow the user to hit shift+tab to jump upwards into the title box to give the query a name
