Umb V10.8.5, Vendr V3.0.15 + VendrCheckout V3.0.0

On Linux, because the VendrCheckout/partials folder is being called by /Partials, it is not hit. Rename the folder to /Partials as is the case for the Views/Partials folder in Umbraco.

Add any other known case corrections made for V3.1.0 into a new V3.0.1 for sites running on .net 6.
