Avatar change not working

Describe the bug
When I attempt to change my avatar, once I've uploaded a file, I cannot view it on the "Change Avatar" page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to your WCA profile and edit your profile
2. Click on "choose file"
3. Select a file to make your new avatar
4. See error
