Sway does not focus on a floating window when moving focus into said window from a different display.

You need more than 1 display to reproduce this issue.

• Spawn a floating window in a display.

• Move focus to a different display, can be empty.

• Now move the focus left/right into the display that has the floating window

Sway will move the focus to that display, but will not focus on the floating window like i3 does.

Now if I tell sway to focus on the workspace that contains the floating window instead of using the move focus commands, then in that case sway does automatically focus on the floating window.

I think I'm hitting a similar behavior with my window rule trying to move Firefox's download dialog.

for_window [title="^Opening .*" app_id="org.mozilla.firefox"] floating enable, move workspace current, urgent enable, move position center

Given an assignment of Firefox to Workspace 1, if I move an instance of Firefox to a different workspace and try to move the Dialog which spawns when clicking a download link to the current workspace (given the assignment I need to move it there from Workspace 1) it is not visible until I either leave the workspace and come back or reactivate the current workspace (e.g. mod+2 if already in workspace 2).

My expected behavior would be for the dialog to appear instantly on the current workspace rather than require additional interaction to see the download dialog.
