Unwanted workspace switching when scrolling through status bar gaps

• Description:

Unlike i3, Sway switches workspaces scrolling the mouse wheel over a clickable status bar's gap, such as i3blocks or i3status-rs , as shown in the examples below. It can be quite frustrating because, for instance, if you have a volume module that adjusts the volume as you scroll, you need to be extremely precise to avoid accidentally moving your mouse cursor over that small gap and inadvertently switching to another workspace.
