Inkscape shortcuts behavior for stacked dialog windows

Scenario: T [Main window S [DialogWindow1 DialogWindow2 ...]

On i3, Inkscape shortcuts (ctrl + shift + l etc.) worked for selecting dialogs for such a scenario. In Sway, these shortcuts don't work, don't switch windows (focus).

Wouldn't this be an inkscape bug? Do you know of any Wayland compositor where this inkscape feature works?

If dialogs are in "floating mode" the condition is the same - they do not switch (if they are already open). On default Wayland Ubuntu (Gnome) session everything works as expected.
