QtCreator: No menu and empty window.

Look screenshot. I just download qtcreator and qt5 then i start it. So i don't see menu and can't create new project because window is empty. If i click to "Справка" (Help), qtcreator freeze.

Also, i tried:

QT_QPA_PLATFORM=wayland
QT_WAYLAND_DISABLE_WINDOWDECORATION="1"

and it's not working.
