dropdown menu in dialog is not scrollable

Steps to reproduce

• Create a dialog component
• Put a dropdown component in it.
• Open the dropdown and try to scroll.

This issue is fixed by upgrading the shadcn and all the radix packages.
Other way was setting modal as false for the dialog and true for the dropdown.
This issue can be closed.
