Test Darwin module in CI

vault-secrets provide a module for Darwin. However, it's not tested by CI at the moment.
As a result, one may forget to backport some changes, and this won't be caught by CI checks.

GitHub Actions provide shared macOS runners and thus there should be a way to test modules similarly to what happens in
nix-darwin CI.
