Make migrations executable from the content studio

One of the major advantages Sanity offers is the ability to update content in a browser via the content studio, and one of the most powerful ways to update content in Sanity is with migrations; therefor I believe it makes sense for some migrations to be executable from inside the content studio.

• Is this already possible on the free version? Or do I need to roll my own solution?
• On the payed version? Is this what schedules are for?
• If no to the above, is this feature on the road map?
