Add key generation to the shell lesson

Once the users have mastered the command line we need to get them to generate a keypair on their machines and to upload it to the dashboard.

The motivation is twofold: security, in that do you really want to trust a private key that has been given to you? And also in that it gives the learners more hands on experience with the dashboard and the command line.
