Reorder the command line lessons

Once Windows and OSX users have a common experience, we should reorder the command line lessons so that the users:

1. First use the command line locally
2. Then ssh to the remote machine
3. Finally use the command line remotely.

The intent is that they get a clear understanding that the ssh program puts them onto the remote machine.
