MMM and CLV quickstart are nearly useless?

I checked them up with the hope of having a runnable snippet to sketch up the tests I'm working on, but they are useless.

Only defining the model and not doing anything with it (okay CLV calls fit), is not enough to have a quick grasp of the API. I do not want to jump to the fully-fledged example either.

Should we expand upon or remove?

I would like to have them in an expanded format. Something like a litmus test of "I installed this library and I can do the basic things with the two main modules". Obviously, much shorter than the full examples
