Investigate move to Gitlab?

The OSMF has a FOSS policy. In that spirit shouldn't this project move to Gitlab?

The LCCWG has moved from using github.com to gitlab.com last year - see https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Local_Chapters_and_Communities_Working_Group. How much of an improvement that is w.r.t. accessibility and avoiding vendor lock-in is a different matter of course.
