please contact legal-questions@osmfoundation.org with your request. They
will usually reply quickly and they will be able to fill you in on
license requirements.

The most likely requirement is going to be some form of attribution,
e.g. in the end credits, but I'll leave details to my colleagues.

Please understand that they prefer working by email so that there's some
"paper" trail in these legal matters.

One thing they will not be able to do is to sign some kind of release
form, because we at the OSMF are not free to license the data under any
terms we like; we can only release the data under the ODbL license,
and we cannot grant any exemptions because we ourselves are given the
data under the agreement that we only distribute it under that license.
