Where should people wanting to contributing data go?

At the DWG we've just had someone wanting to contribute data and corrections to data for a community in the US. I've given them a selection of links, and the welcome mat was one of those. However I couldn't obviously see how someone with data to offer would see something relevant to them - maybe I'm missing something; is there an obvious page to link to for this?

I recall we had a page about this at some point in the evolution of the site, but perhaps weren't sure the content was sufficient.

What do you suggest, broadly, that page should cover? What are the selection of links and advice you gave in this situation?

Hi, it would be nice to reactivate this!
In my opinion, such a page would have two subsections. One subsection would be for organizations wanting to contribute a decent amount of data, which can point to organized editing and import documentation (whether in the wiki or anywhere else). The other subsection would be for smaller organizations that just want to add a small business location or something similar.
