What web service type should we use to build the secure client test?

We should have a roadmap about which ones will be build (mimic in the test side).

The CFP asked for either a WMS or WFS.
The webservices security standard has a number of different conformance classes: WMS 1.1.1 , WMS 1.3.0 OWS common (with minor differences for ows common 1.0 and all other versions).
With digital globe contributing in kind we are in the luxurious position of covering more of the standard. Covering OWS Common next to WMS would be the most logical. It covers the broadest range of OGC webservices.
At the kick-off we suggested going for WPS instead of WFS (both based on OWS Common) as there is a WPS client being developed within the nextgen thread that is going to implement the webservices security standard. Therefor choosing WPS would be beneficial to both the CITE thread (a client is availablefor testing) and the next gen thread (The client implementation gets helped in implementing the standard).
For the WPS roadmap we should ask the client implementors (D143 if i am not mistaken) when they are ready for testing.
