Feature request: Display datetime/cmd_duration at first line when newline_cursor is enabled

I'm a heavy user of tmux and tmux-yank, which has a command that allows me to yank whatever is in the current line. But since I always have a datetime and command duration displayed at the end, I keep yanking those details when I yank the current line.

It is not possible if we don't enable the newline_cursor option, but if it's enabled wouldn't it be better anyway to have that detail on the first line where we have the pwd/git/etc. details and keep the second line cleaner?

if you can figure out how to get it there, that would be awesome. that's where i wanted it, but it doesn't seem possible with fish's right prompt support.

I didn't know that this was a multi-year old question :/ zsh people that use the right prompt also have the same problem with tmux-yank.

I figured out how to get it there - but I'm not sure if it works everywhere:
