how to properly set up builtins with extra args

Hello everyone,

I have an issue with phpcs settings with neovim.

If I write settings like that:

null_ls.builtins.diagnostics.phpcs

In my neovim configuration it works as expected.

But I wanted to change some behavior of this tool. For example, I increased line exceed settings.
I saw in documentation for phpcs that there is an argument for this. And according to the doc I changed my set up to:

null_ls.builtins.diagnostics.phpcs.with({
    extra_args = { "--config-set", "report_width", "120" },
})

But after that tool was broken. It doesn't show any errors even due with another code style problems.

I tried to change it in another way:

null_ls.builtins.diagnostics.phpcs.with({
    extra_args = { "--report-width=120"},
})

But no luck.
Please could you explain me what I'm doing wrong?
