zfs support

Currently we only support booting from UFS. It might be possible to boot from zfs but we haven't tried yet. Even if it does work, there are a few things we probably want:

• Mount all zfs datasets
• Run zfsd for managing zfs faults
• Support not copying kernels on zfs (the loader can read by dataset name)
