Allow specifying monitor id on the `move-workspace-to-monitor` command

Thank you for writing this great piece of software, I really enjoy it.

Do you think it would be feasible to add <monitor-pattern> support for the move-workspace-to-monitor command, similar to what you already have for focus-monitor.
