Add [key-mapping] preset = 'colemak'

As the docs say,

For colemak users, there is a compiled mapping. colemak may be added as preconfigured preset similar to dvorak in the future, if there is enough demand.

Creating this Issue to track support for the existence of a present:

[key-mapping]
preset = 'colemak'

I figure there's no way to know how demand there is unless there's somewhere for folks to voice it, so. If you're a Colemak user, just click 👍 below.
