single window tiling mode

Is there a rule to make window tiling only if it is the first window in current workspace, in qtile, it's

Currently, it's not possible

1. What are the use cases? Why is this useful?
2. If I move (move-node-to-workspace) a tiling window to the workspace that already contains another tiling window, should the moved window automatically become floating? Or the rule is applied only at the moment when window is created?
