This showcases GitHub’s commitment to fostering innovation and growth in the region, anchored in the cloud and powered by AI, while empowering enterprises with greater transparency, control, and security. 

As enterprises increasingly turn to the cloud to accelerate innovation and improve operational efficiency, the benefits of cloud-based DevOps become more evident. According to IDC’s WorldWide Developer and DevOps 2025 Predictions, 70% of developers will leverage cloud-native developer portals and cloud developer environments to improve the efficiency of their work by 2027. However, many organizations in highly regulated sectors in Australia have not been able to capitalize on cloud-based DevOps due to their need for greater flexibility and control over their data, often limiting them to costly and complex self-hosted solutions.
