enable cf2rdf automatic processing

Re-enable cf2rdf processing to happen automatically on mmisw.org system.

Current state is that latest (88) version has been manually processed (though a mapping bug remains). To make this work, had to reinstall java (v17) and download cf2rdf software (v0.6.1). Work is in ~graybeal/cf2rdf directory.
