includes many fixes, one of them being https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL/commit/643437f5b0ca64b3d3aca6b56d6fd910ef322e1d which would be useful to have for [lite-xl](https://github.com/lite-xl/lite-xl) since it only has a software renderer
