Autogenerate launch.json

It would be nice if when checking out a project a launch.json could be autogenerated by iterating over the executable()s in the meson file.

I had checked out GTK and built it, but when pressing "run", nothing happened. Yet there exist a bunch of demos in the GTK sources.
