Display build time

I think it would be great to add an option to meson compile to display how much time the build lasted. It could even display time for the configuration step and time for the ninja call separately. I know on Linux it is easy to use the time command for that, but on Windows, it is a little more cumbersome...

If you like the idea, I could probably open a PR for that eventually.
