Editing Toolbar not working after Meld Encrypt update to version 2.4.0.

Describe the bug
Editing Toolbar plugin is not working after Meld Encrypt plugin update to version 2.4.0. Editing Toolbar is not showing up at all when editing encrypted notes.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install and activate Meld Encrypt plugin.
2. Install and activate Editing Toolbar plugin.
3. Make a new note and write something inside.
4. Encrypt that note.
5. When you are editing that note the Editing Toolbar does not show up.

Expected behavior
When you are editing encrypted notes the Editing Toolbar should show up.
