Current behaviour

1. Start Joplin
2. Open development tools
3. Open dev tools settings (gear icon in the top right)
4. Set light/dark mode to anything
5. Restart Joplin
6. Open dev tools again
7. See that it defaults to light mode every time

Changing the setting will update it, but whatever the value is, the dev tools default to light mode initially.

Expected behaviour

Dev tools should obey the settings value.
