joinimage PNG does not load when importing garden.navigationdrawer

I believe that because the path to load the joinimage is relative, the joinimage only get loaded correctly when the PNG files are in the app directory.
Since the test app in **init**.py is in the same directory as the PNG's, they load correctly.
Importing garden.navigationdrawer into your own app will fail to load the images.
