Compromised password; cannot change or close acccount

My Google account has notified me that arxiv-sanity had a data-breach and that my password is no longer secure. Since I have not used the site in years, I decided I should just delete my account rather than changing my password. It seems that I cannot do either. How do I go about removing my account?
