No file generated by homeage after running `sudo nixos-rebuild switch --flake .#`

Files do not appear until reboot. Is this intended behavior? I think it would make sense to comment on this in the README?

The module description states this behaviour when using the installType = "activation". But it happened to me today as well, even if I'm pretty sure to have it set to "systemd".

I'm also currently seeing issues. It also seems that when you set installType = "systemd" you have to reboot for secrets to change? Is that expected or is there potentially something wrong with my setup?
