RFC: consider changing name to just "streamsync"

in our brainstorming meeting I off-the-cuff named the repo "ilabs_streamsync" but that's a lot to type and in theory this might be useful outside of I-LABS. We could consider changing the name --- but if so, should do it before any releases go to PyPI / before folks start actually using the tool.
