Cursor suddenly paused and restore when screen-sharing

When using screen-sharing, like OBS, my cursor will get a sudden pause and restore immediately, though I am waving my mouse (physically) smoothly.

In this video, you can find my cursor are moving from right to left and back again, but you'll notice that it will freeze for a second as you move the mouse, then continue to move.
I swear I was moving my mouse very smoothly.
