accurse: a cursor packager for hyprcursor and xcursor

Hello all,

I have been working on a cursor packager so that one can easily package hyprcursor and xcursor from SVGs. It also allows flipping shapes horizontally to make leftie versions. Here are the links:

The package also comes with Bibata and Breeze themes. You can easily change colors of the provided cursor themes with one-liners as well. I will add more themes to the repo in the future.
