Attaching modal dialogs

Gnome has an option to attach modal dialogs where the dialogs an application creates stick to the parent.

I was wondering if it is possible to implement in hyprland, with window rules (or anything else), a feature where if an application moves, its dialogs with the same pid move with it. I use hyprslider which means that when switching between windows dialogs other applications dialogs often cover what I am working on
