Ctrl+Click to open in new tab is not correctly supported for links in Hercules UI

Control+Click should open links in a new tab. It does, but it also goes to the link in the current tab.
Instead, link click handlers should check wether modifiers like Ctrl or Cmd are pressed, and only navigate to the new URL in the current tab when no modifiers are pressed.
