number of derivations waiting/in progress on job hover over

When I'm at `hercules-ci.com/github/<myname>/<myrepo>`, and I see a list of in progress jobs with the spinning gear, I would like to see: 

> 16 derivations waiting for dependency or agent to become available.

on _hover_, instead of clicking to each job.
