How to ask someone to install Hercules CI

• App installation request https://github.com/apps/hercules-ci/installations/new
• Organization permissions
  • organization membership to create agent tokens
  • alternatively, ask the org admin to create an agent token for you and send it to you
• Access to repositories generally doesn't need to change
  • Repo read access to view the jobs in the dashboard (relevant for private repos only; public is always readable)
  • Repo write access grants access to state files and a bit of repo configuration permission like enable/disable CI.
