Export js_vnode

It's currently only possible to create documents consisting of div, a, p and text. HTML has a bit more to offer that this - so we should either export all HTML 5 elements, or export js_vnode.

i kept it incomplete to make it clear that the bindings are experimental :)

i think the original plan was to implement all elements, keep the underlying implementation (js_vnode) abstract so that we can experiment to find the design that inlines best (ideally static vdom trees would be generated in one JS call)

we should probably take the ghcjs-dom code to generate them.

Ok, but there's not much reason I couldn't use ghcjs-vdom with my own custom nodes. Thus exporting all of HTML 5 is still probably not enough.

It should perhaps be noted here that in the brave new world of Web Components and custom elements users will want a way to create completely arbitrary elements, e.g.

  <paper-tabs />

and such. (See https://www.polymer-project.org/docs/elements/paper-elements.html#paper-button for a little demo of one such set of elements.)
