Move repository to freifunk org?

I think that this project is the most mature implementation of a respondd client for supernodes/gateways.

It is used in FFAC, FreifunkH, FFNord and other communities.

I therefore suggest to move this repository to https://github.com/freifunk/ so that this tool is suggested to communities more prominently.

What do you think @jplitza @TobleMiner ?

I don't have any objections. I was under the impression that by now, there were better implementations, but I didn't really follow the development for years.
