[Enhancement]: DNN 10 Aperture Header and Footer BG color?

Description of problem

The centrally defined colors are great, but I personally would not use the same color for the PB and the DNN 10 theme header and footer:

Description of solution

I just picked another color not saying it should be exacly this, but IMO this shows a better separation and makes it clearer for users what's what.
